History
Dan Page grew up in the building trades, the son of a mason. In 2002, he co-founded a construction company and quickly recruited Tom Desimone to his team. In 2015, Dan founded Page Contracting Inc., bringing Tom along with him as his foreman. Since then, Dan has steadily grown the team and establilshed the company’s reputation as a first-rate contractor. Dan and Tom are both lifelong Grafton residents.

So we work hard to make the process as smooth as possible and ensure that you know what is going on each step of the way. Our goal is 100 percent customer satisfaction.
We also promise honest estimations – customers are never surprised at the end of the project. And we always do things the right way, with no shortcuts. If we can’t do it right, we won’t do it all.
Our Team
We have a team of six tradesmen – all with CSLs – as well a business manager and office manager. Our team is like family. Most of us have worked together for many years – one of our foremen has been with Page since 2004.
In addition, we have a trusted and valued network of dozens of subcontractors, architects, structural engineers and civil engineers. This gives us the ability to take on jobs of any size or complexity.
